Melio & Company advised the Cleveland Clinic on the issuance of $472.8 million of Series 2012A fixed rate bonds.

In April 2012, on behalf of the Cleveland Clinic, the State of Ohio issued $472,820,000 of Series 2012A fixed rate bonds. The bonds were underwritten by J.P. Morgan, BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup Global Markets, PNC Capital Markets, US Bancorp, and Wells Fargo Securities.

The proceeds from the sale of the bonds will be used to fund an escrow to advance refund the Series 2003A and 2009B-2 bonds, and to pay or reimburse the Cleveland Clinic for a number of construction and renovation projects.
