Melio & Company advised the Cleveland Clinic on the issuance of $306.4 million of 2009A fixed rate bonds.

In August 2009, the State of Ohio issued $306,400,000 of Series 2009A fixed rate refunding bonds. The bonds were underwritten by J.P. Morgan, Merrill Lynch & Co., Morgan Stanley, PNC Capital Markets, and Wells Fargo Securities.

The proceeds from the sale of the bonds will be used to refund $300,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of the $670,000,000 State of Ohio, Hospital Revenue Bonds, Series 2008B (Cleveland Clinic Health System Obligated Group).
